If the shop is hard to pin, navigate to Erang Korean Restaurant instead — same soi, and WINK is visible once you arrive.
If you came in via Soi 5 and passed G&M Sausage, you have reached the back of the shop — come round to Soi 4.

Holistic-grade cat food sold at the shop.
If your cat needs a formula that is hard to find locally, the shop can import it to order.
What vaccinations does my cat need for boarding?
Cats staying with us must have completed all three combined-vaccine shots.

A favourite toy and familiar bedding — these ease the fear and stress of sleeping somewhere new
Litter — we provide tofu litter. If your cat uses another type, or may not settle with an unfamiliar scent, you are welcome to bring your own
How long does a bath and groom take?
Bathing and grooming take about three hours, depending on how well the cat cooperates — a calm cat is often finished sooner.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Booking ahead is recommended. Walk-ins are accepted, but the wait can be long.
Can I see my cat while it stays with you?
Rooms have a 24-hour camera the owner can watch. Only some Standard rooms have one — tell us when booking if you would like camera access.
We send photo and video updates to the owner throughout the stay.
